About the Wood County Addiction Response Collaborative (ARC)
The Wood County Addiction Response Collaborative (ARC) is a Quick Response Team (QRT) dedicated to offering timely, compassionate support following overdose incidents and substance use-related crises. Referrals come from a variety of sources, including law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and concerned family members.
What We Do
- Rapid Response: We respond to overdose incidents and other addiction-related situations within 24 to 72 hours.
- Personalized Treatment Navigation: We help individuals find treatment options tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
- Ongoing Communication: We maintain consistent contact with individuals and their families to offer continued support.
- Recovery Support: We walk alongside individuals and their loved ones throughout every step of the recovery journey.
Who We Serve
- Primary Service Area: Wood County residents experiencing challenges related to alcohol or drug use.
- Extended Support: On a case-by-case basis, we may also assist individuals outside of Wood County.
Referral Eligibility
- Who Can Be Referred: Anyone struggling with alcohol or drug use that is negatively impacting their daily life.
- Referral Sources: We accept referrals from individuals, family members, friends, and professionals. We also receive referrals directly from law enforcement in response to overdose incidents.
