What we do

Additional Information

The ARC Program is a comprehensive, multi-tiered initiative designed to serve the Wood County community with a focused and compassionate approach to addiction recovery.

We currently operate under two core components:

  • Tier One: Quick Response Team (QRT) – providing immediate outreach and support following overdose incidents.

  • Tier Two: Addressing Health Education and Diversion (AHEAD) Program – focused on proactive education, early intervention, and diversion services.

ARC was created to support individuals who have experienced overdose, those struggling with substance use disorders, and their families—building a bridge to recovery resources and long-term healing.

We collaborate with a wide network of treatment providers both locally and across the State of Ohio, ensuring each recovery plan is customized to meet the unique needs of each person. Whether it's navigating insurance or Medicaid, securing transportation, finding employment, or locating safe housing, we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

The ARC Program is proudly funded through the Ohio Attorney General's Office, the Wood County ADAMHS Board, and the Wood County Health Department.
